FevTastyTreat provides homemade food, party treats, small chops, cakes, mocktails, celebration tables, and catering services for birthdays, baby showers, private parties, family gatherings, meetings, weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
By placing an order, making an enquiry, paying a deposit, or using our website, you agree to the terms below.
2. Orders and Enquiries
Customers can enquire through our website, WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, or direct message.
To provide an accurate quote, we may ask for:
Event date
Event type
Number of guests
Delivery or setup location
Preferred food, treats, drinks, or package
Theme or colour preference
Allergy or dietary requirements
Budget range, where helpful
A quote is based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. If your order details change, your final price may also change.
Weekend Delivery Policy
Weekend delivery is subject to location, availability, order type, and the delivery method selected.
Where possible, FevTastyTreat may offer local weekend delivery in person, depending on the customer’s location, order size, and availability. Delivery charges may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Postal or courier weekend delivery is not always available or guaranteed for every location. If a customer requests postal or courier delivery for a weekend date, FevTastyTreat will advise where possible, but final delivery timing will depend on the postal or courier provider.
If weekend postal or courier delivery is unavailable, delayed, restricted, or not guaranteed, customers may be advised to accept delivery on the next available weekday or choose local in-person delivery where available.
If a customer insists on using a postal or courier service for weekend delivery against FevTastyTreat’s advice or chooses not to wait until the next available weekday delivery option, the customer accepts responsibility for any delay, loss, damage, missed delivery, spoilage, or other issue that may occur once the order has been handed over to the delivery provider.
FevTastyTreat is not responsible for delays, losses, damage, delivery failures, missed deliveries, or spoilage caused by third-party postal or courier services, incorrect delivery details, customer unavailability, weekend delivery restrictions, or circumstances outside our control.
3. Pricing and Quotes
All prices are subject to menu choice, quantity, guest number, delivery location, setup requirements, styling, packaging, and any custom requests.
Some items may be priced individually, while event packages and catering orders may be quoted based on your requirements.
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
FevTastyTreat reserves the right to update prices due to changes in ingredient costs, supplier costs, delivery costs, or order requirements.
4. Deposits and Payment
Your booking is only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
Unless agreed otherwise:
Orders under £100 may require full payment to confirm.
Orders between £100 and £300 may require a 50% deposit.
Orders over £300 may require a 40–50% deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid before preparation, delivery, collection, or setup.
Dates are not held without payment.
5. Changes to Orders
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
Changes may include guest numbers, menu choices, delivery details, theme, setup time, or quantity.
We will always try to help, but changes are subject to availability, preparation stage, ingredient availability, and time before the event.
Changes requested close to the event date may not always be possible and may affect the final price.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Because our food is freshly prepared, customised, and often ordered specifically for each customer, cancellation refunds depend on how much notice is given and how much preparation has already taken place.
Deposits may be non-refundable once ingredients, packaging, staff time, preparation, design work, or planning have been committed to your order. If you cancel before preparation has started, we may offer a partial refund or allow your payment to be transferred to a future order at our discretion.
If FevTastyTreat needs to cancel an order due to circumstances outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative, date transfer, or refund where appropriate.
7. Delivery, Collection and Setup
Delivery is available depending on location, order size, and availability.
Customers must provide the correct delivery address, contact number, parking/access details, and preferred delivery or setup time.
FevTastyTreat is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, no access to the property, unavailable customers, traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Once food has been delivered, collected, or accepted by the customer, responsibility for safe storage and handling passes to the customer.
8. Food Storage and Consumption
Our food is freshly prepared and should be consumed within the recommended time frame provided.
Customers are responsible for storing food safely after delivery or collection.
Food should not be left in unsuitable temperatures or unsafe conditions. FevTastyTreat is not responsible for food quality or safety issues caused by incorrect storage, late consumption, or mishandling after delivery or collection.
9. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Please tell us about any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements before placing your order.
We may handle ingredients that include common allergens such as gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, fish, shellfish, celery, mustard, sulphites, and other allergens.
While we take care during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens unless this has been clearly agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for making allergy or dietary requirements clear before confirming an order.
10. Menu Availability
Menu items are subject to availability.
If an ingredient or product becomes unavailable, FevTastyTreat may suggest a suitable alternative. We will always aim to maintain the quality and value of your order.
11. Photos, Videos and Content
FevTastyTreat may take photos or videos of food, packaging, treat boxes, cakes, celebration tables, and event setups for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
We will not share private customer information without permission.
If you do not want your order or setup to be photographed or shared, please let us know before the event.
